It's that time of the year where we from GEPWNAGE would organize our yearly LAN party. However, Corona is still preventing everyone to game, eat pizza, and enjoy a drink together in one big room. That's why we'll be organizing an Extremely Large Area Network (ELAN) party during the Carnival holiday. We kick off the ELAN party on Monday February 15th and we'll game together till Sunday February 21st. To make sure everyone will get the authentic LAN experience, the first 70 subscriptions will receive a special ELAN survival package filled with drinks, food, a limited edition ELAN shirt and a GEPWNAGE beer glass (vaasje). You can subscribe via the GEWIS website from Monday February 1st 13:00h, where you can also indicate your preferred shirt size and whether you prefer energy drink or soda. We ask only a small contribution of 2 Euros, and in case we have more then 70 subscriptions within the fist 24 hours, we'll randomly draw recipients of the ELAN survival packages. The subscription list closes on Monday February 8th 23:00h. Once it closes you can still join the ELAN, but you cannot receive a ELAN Survival Package anymore.
During the ELAN we'll have dedicated servers for several multi-player games, as well as daily Twitch live streams. Our ELAN discord server will be open to everyone to use to chat and use for multi-player games. Long story short, it's going to be an amazing and unforgettable week.
