What is unique about the Graduate Development program?

Our 2-year Graduate Development Program will give you the chance to experience various projects and roles, rotating through two different assignments each 12 months. After your graduation, this is a journey that gives you time and space to get to know us and learn about yourself. Your personal development is at the heart of it all. You’ll get hands-on experience in two different roles and one-to-one mentoring. On top of that, we’ll design a learning curriculum together with our career center to give you what you need to shape your future.
